Working in Thailand

I wish to work/volunteer in Thailand as a dentist.
As per my research I understand that being a foreigner I would need to obtain a local license by taking 2 exams in Thai language, which is why I won’t be able to follow that route.
So what other options do I have? I need something short term so I would even be interested working as a volunteer or intern or anything that allows me to use my degree or even work in a different field related to health or education.
I wouldn’t mind working as a lecturer at a Dental university which I saw you don’t even require a Thai license for.
Open to all advice & recommendations.
