I’m an American student at a Thai university. My visa is set to expire March 30 (Thursday). I have all the documents that I need, but when I went to book an appointment there’s no availability until after my visa expires. Would I still have to pay the fine? Should I go to another immigration office outside of Bangkok? I really don’t want to spend all day waiting in the appointment-less queue.
