Thailand to Delay Tourist Entry Fee to September: Than Settakij

Thailand will delay to September the collection of tourist entry fee following issues on implementation and exemption requests from airlines, newspaper Than Settakij reports, citing Tourism Minister Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn.

• The 300-baht fee will be postponed to Sept. 1 from June because the collection system can’t be carried out on time, Phiphat was quoted as telling Than Settakij on April 13
