Into the old quarter of Charoen Krung arrives a Danish coffee shop’s first Thai outpost.
From the second largest Danish city of Aarhus, coffee roastery and specialty cafe La Cabra opened Tuesday to serve cafe-hoppers and lovers.
Situated in Talad Noi next to FooJohn jazz bar, La Cabra features a handsome slow bar primed for a range of high-quality caffeinated concoctions. Beyond the usual suspects like americanos (from THB120) and espressos (from THB110). The real show stoppers here, though, are the hand-brewed coffee which features single-origin beans sourced from Kenya and Ethiopia.
Best known for a simple, Nordic approach to coffee and flavorful, crisp, and bright roasts, La Cabra’s philosophy is “Brighter is Better,” and the flavors caffeine lovers get are just that — clean, light, and pleasantly bright.
