Hiring in Chiang Mai

Hi everyone! I am opening a restaurant in Chiang Mai and looking to hire a number of Thai nationals (have to be Thai due to requirements of foreigner to Thai ratio). I’m having a hard time. I’ve had extensive experience hiring hundreds of people in the US, Europe and the Philippines but struggling here in Chiang Mai.

I am mainly hiring for social media managers (requiring that they speak English), office manager, delivery drivers, and just kitchen staff.

I have posted in FB groups with very little success (small trickle of unqualified candidates). For the roles that require English, I post in English but for the others, I post in Thai.

In terms of salary, I’m offering 1.5x or so what I think the market rate is + social security + PTO + other office perks like free food.

How would you suggest I go about finding these roles? Should I be posting jobs old-school on physical job boards? If so, where? Are there good recruiters for these types of roles? Where do good, hungry Thai people go to look for such jobs aside from FB? If FB is the answer, are there specific groups I should be looking at?
