Experience with mobile AC unit?

Trying to cool down a small enclosure with a mobile aircon unit. Tend do think Central Air is the only know brand there and probably the best bet but does anyone have direct experience with these things? The enclose i need to cool down is super small, maybe 6-8 m3.
