Make training investments pay off by ensuring that people apply what they’ve just learned
No one, irrespective of role or level, can afford to stop experimenting. If you are a CEO or front-line worker, this is doubly so when upskilling yourself for new challenges.

Have you considered how important this statement is, and actually how haphazardly it is put into practice in organisations? Usually, it is left to the individual learner to take a class, use the learning and figure it out from there. Inevitably this results in a lot of training investments not providing maximum returns.
