Who has the most rigorous eye exams in Chiang Mai for eye health (and prescription)?

I’ve already gone to Vision Center (by the UN Pub on Ratvithi) and Somsamguan Eye Clinic (สมสงวนจักษุคลินิก behind CMU) and they’ve been alright with their simple exams (the usual: read the eye chart & flip lenses back and forth machine). Most retail shops do the exact same too. Glasses were good. But looking for something more.

10 years ago in the USA I was able to find an eye specialist with several cutting-edge machines in addition to the normal eye exam to get everything perfect and monitor eye health. 1 specialist even mapped out the curvature of my eye to identify eye health issues (called Keratoconus). Came out with a perfect prescription too – because 1 eye is weaker than the other, having the most balanced (and sometimes reduced) prescription is better as it alleviates dizziness and headaches especially after 10 hours in front of screens.

Anything like that here in Chiang Mai?

I’ve heard Rutnin (in Bangkok) is the absolute best in Thailand, but is that seriously the only place? Nowhere in CM?
