Former national police chief Pol Gen Somyot Poompunmuang and Nate Naksuk, a former deputy attorney-general, did mishandle the infamous 2012 hit-and-run case, National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) chief Niwatchai Kasemmongkol said on Wednesday.
