Which phone to buy?

I plan to buy a new phone when I arrive in Thailand in August. I would like to buy an Android phone that doesn’t have any bloatware. My current Samsung phone has a ton of Samsung bloatware that is not compatible with Google. Namely, I use Google photos, calendar, gallery, notes and other Google apps that are backed up to my Google drive and synched across all my devices. Using Google apps has caused my Samsung to crash….long story.

I’ve heard Nokia phones are pure android with no bloatware, is this true? So which phone should I buy? One with Esim and under $300 would be nice? TIA.
