Thailand reached the quarter-finals of the Sudirman Cup in Finland after beating the hosts 5-0 on Monday.
Having defeated India in their opening Group A match, the Thais had few problems against Finland in the mixed team world championship in Vantaa.
Thailand, who rested several key players against Finland, will meet China in their final Group A match on Wednesday.
It is a meaningless encounter as both have already qualified for the knockout round and the quarter-final match-ups will be determined by drawing lots.
The quarter-finals are scheduled for Friday, the semi-finals on Saturday and the final on Sunday.
