Websites / Agents to look for houses

What are the best websites or agents to use to look for a house in CM.

Bonus question: What kind of budget for a decent sized place in a decent location. Realise there will be some outliers but an average price would be good. Ideally looking for something with a garden, no pool, detached house with 4 decent sized bedrooms. Ideal would be unfurnished as a lot I’ve seen on DD property that are furnished are in an older style. Pet friendly would also be good.
