Volleyball World, the commercial entity created by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, has extended its sponsorship deal with Japanese sportswear and equipment manufacturer Mizuno, while it has signed a new rights contract with Thai digital terrestrial broadcaster Channel 7HD.
Mizuno first partnered with Volleyball World back in July and has now agreed a multi-year extension to the contract. The company is currently listed as an official supplier of the FIVB, alongside Mikasa, Gerflor and Senoh.
