visa and long term stay help needed

Hi reddit, I was looking for some visa advice and advice on moving to Thailand long term. I’m not long back from a trip to Samui and I’m a 29 year old Irish Female who fights Muay Thai at home but I want to go to Thailand and live and train there.
Ideally I want to stay long term, but I’m getting quite confused by all the visa types. I know I can go on a Ed visa and stay for what seems one year, I don’t have a bachelor’s degree to go on a B visa and teach. I was hoping to go on an Ed so I’d have free time to train and possibly try to find work for the following year by maybe doing TEFL and tutoring but I believe you’ve to apply for a B visa from your home town. Has anyone any tips or information or anyone who has done this before? Any part time job ideas or visa ideas?I’d hope to be able to stay the three years and apply for residency thereafter.
