Sinsamut gets shot at inaugural ONE lightweight Muay Thai world title

After scoring two sensational knockouts in ONE Championship, Thai rising star Sinsamut Klinmee is preparing for the toughest challenge of his young career.

On 21 October, the 26-year-old Pattaya resident will challenge dominant ONE lightweight kickboxing world champion Regian Eersel for the inaugural ONE lightweight Muay Thai world title at ONE 162 in Kuala Lumpur. 

Sinsamut crashed onto the global scene by scorching former ONE lightweight kickboxing world title challenger Nieky Holzken in March of this year at ONE X. The Thai needed only a round and a half to stun “The Natural” with a blistering right punch.
