Traveling to Thailand from the USA

Hello! I am a 27 year old guy and I will be travelling to Bangkok for three weeks starting next week. I will mostly be free on the weekends and will be working during the day during the week.

Are there any must see/must do recommendations?

Also are there ways to meet people to travel with or ways to meet locals who can show you around?

Also, I would be more than happy to bring someone anything they need from the US if they can be my tour guide or travel buddy in Bangkok 😂
