  1. Pita Limjaroenrat, the leader and prime ministerial candidate of the Move Forward Party, is currently under investigation regarding his alleged shareholding in iTV Plc. If these allegations are proven true, it could result in his disqualification from assuming the position of Prime Minister and a subsequent ban from engaging in politics.
  2. The commander of the 4th Army Region has expressed concern over young people in Southern Thailand potentially being manipulated for political purposes.

His remarks follow a recent incident in which the so-called Pelajar Bangsa “national student movement” hosted a special forum titled “Determining Our Own Future.”

3. Three foreigners and two Thais have sustained injuries after a passenger van heading to Krabi crashed in Phatthalung.

One of them suffered severe injuries.

4. The Election Commission (EC) is preparing to certify 329 MP-elects in the constituency system, while there remain about 71 MP-elects awaiting certification.

Additionally, June 14th marks one month after the Thai general election on May 14th.

5. Thirty-two factory workers being transported to their place of employment have survived after a bus crash in Ayutthaya, Central Thailand.

There were 32 factory workers in the bus and three of them sustained moderate injuries while 29 others sustained minor injuries. The injured were taken to several local hospitals for medical treatment.
