Thailand Travels – June Weather

Hey all, hoping to visit Thailand in June (11th to 25th). Bangkok & Chiang Mai to be precise. Just wondering how much does it actually rain in June, I know from previous trips it can rain hard for a short time & then the sunshine will appear again but I have never been to Thailand in June so just thought I’d ask ahead to make sure I don’t go halfway across the world to just be ‘rained off’ everyday other day. I thought those who frequently visit or live there may be able to help me with this one?
