Remember a documentary many years ago that Thailand built among the best super supercar replicas in the world.
Anyone knows if there are still some serious companies on the market? I know the issues with the trademarks and that’s why all those companies used to work under the radar.
However the results were amazing, like Porsche 911 designed on the base of a VW Beetle. They used 3D printers to model the parts 1:1 like the originals.
Not intending to buy one, but just am interested how this niche industry developed through the last years.
