Question about transportation in BKK

So my work is about 3km from my building, i cant use bts and metro and i really dont like taking scooters with strangers. Is it possible to buy used electric scooter for myself and how much does it cost? Also maybe regular bike with small battery is ok and do i need drivers license for that?
