Suggestions on renting villa/condo in Phuket

Hi!

We plan to travel to Phuket for winter, so right now I’m looking for suitable place to stay for me, my wife and our dog.
Little background: we are in our early 30’s and our dog is half-breed Staffordshire terrier.
Every possible option i find starts from $4-5k per months, even sub-par condos outside of tourist areas.
My question is, where do you search for places to stay, except airbnb?
Would really appreciate any answers, thanks!
