Help identify trees and herbs in the brew

Hi all,

I’ve received this gift from a market in Chieng Mai.

The oral instruction was to fill 1/3 of the bottle with the brew and then cover it all with alcohol. Should have medicinal effects.

I’m looking forward to know more about it… What are the plants in it?
