Solo travel to Phuket?

It’s my second time coming to Phuket. What are the most underrate destinations in Phuket? Last time I covered patong area, phi phi and kata beach. Looking to cover different areas this time. Would be great if y’all can suggest some place to meet new people and have some drinks.

Another side question:
Do hotels make a fuss when you smoke up on hotel balconies? Is it safe?
