Short stay with family..

Wife and I are gifting the in-laws a trip to Phuket (along with us) for 4 nights. Staying at the intercon Kamala beach
Hoping the fantastic people here can recommend:
1. Some not so strenuous touristy things to do. Since we are with seniors not looking into jet skis etc.
I’ve read about old town and the Sunday markets, they seem nice.

2. Best way to get around ? Was thinking of booking a car and driver, would anyone know the approximate cost ?

3. I know it’s a short time, but I was hoping to connect with a tattoo artist, if anyone has used someone and can recommend (would love a ballpark cost!)

TIA, we have never been to Phuket and are very keen!
