Psychologist, therapist, whatever… I’ve been to a few here and I would like to see someone who doesn’t either A) just immediately try and get me to take a prescription drug or B) asks asinine questions like “Why are you depressed”. In other words, someone who isn’t completely useless.
Forgive the bluntness of my post, I’m just really sick of looking for help and finding nothing worthwhile.
If it makes a difference, I’m looking to find talk therapy for addiction and depression.
