I just witnessed the scammers operating at the Central Embassy bridged near Ploenchit BTS. They were asking how to get to Ekkamai to tourists and then developed into one of the tourists opening her wallet and showing some bills. They had a third person with them who realised I understood what was going on and alerted them. They started running when I took my phone out to take their picture. They are middle age couple and a younger boy, wearing jeans and baseball hats. Is there any way to alert the tourist police?
