i remember watching it 15 years-ish ago. The scene that traumatised me was the female lead was going into the bathroom (hospital bathroom i think) and it started to flood till the ceiling, she starts to struggle and swim and the ghost appeared in the water in front of her.
another scene in the movie was i think the male lead wanted to get a cup of water through the water dispenser and a heart(?) or some organ appeared in the water bottle and it gave him a jumpscare.
