PTT Oil and Retail Business (PTTOR) has set its initial public offering price at 18 baht.
The company on Wednesday announced the IPO price at 18, after it earlier put the price range at 16-18 baht, before the final decision.
The firm has not set a date for trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, but an industry source said earlier that listing was expected next Wednesday. Its stock code is OR.
It offered shares to retail investors from Jan 24 until Tuesday this week, and to institutional investors from Feb 3-5, according to the company’s filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
