Podcast/ recording studios to rent

Hello!

Relocating to Chiang Mai and looking for a rental space to record a podcast. I did a google search, but looking from input from people on the ground ideally who have experience with this type of thing.

Should I consider bringing my own equipment and making my own set up or are there decent spaces at decent prices that don’t make lugging and setting up on my own worth it? Additionally, can you rent longer term so you have a dedicated booth/ space that you could set up backdrops/ props?
