Hello!
I recently moved to Thailand and to a condo building. The building is relatively small, built 2020 and I live on the 6th floor.
During my first week here, I saw one insect which later on turned out to be a german cockroach I think. The next week I found another one and thought maybe they are coming from the neighbourhos or just a random appearance.
Last evening I waited lights off in my bed for a moment, slowly went to kitchen and turned on the lights. I saw two cockroaches between my kitchen sink and fridge. During daytime I have also moved the fridge and washing machine to see if there is cockroaches, but found only one skin and a dead one.
I am not afraid of them, but I also come from a country where cockroaches are not a thing.
What I should do now? Inform my landlord maybe, but how I should present this issue without getting scammed or being rude? Is there pest control usually done by building maintenance, should I Inform them? Start my own poisoning attempt?
