QDRO question

Does anyone have a successful experience with Thai Attorney notarizing the US Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) in Thailand? For someone who doesn’t know what it is, A QRDO is used to divide retirement plan assets in a divorce. I know the US embassy does it but the fees are more expensive. Just looking for a better option to save $$$

Any suggestions and recommendations would be much appreciated :)
