Office of the Trade Competition Commission (OCSC) reveals guidelines for helping restaurant business owners After finding complaints from food delivery business operators A GP or service fee is charged to the restaurant operator at a rate of up to 30-35% after a request for cooperation at a meeting last week.

Supervise the GP rate and other fees such as advertising expenses, promotion expenses, etc., that are fairly charged from the restaurant business.

Therefore, if a restaurant business operator finds that a digital service provider, food delivery form, has unfairly charged GPs and other fees.
