Thank you all for your feedback/comments (even the snide ones). My friend has been found ( I found this out before I checked back on this post). And no, they were not in some alley somewhere hungover. They’re safe albeit not in a good condition but safe and alive. We’re just happy that they were found.

Got a friend who is missing, no one’s heard from them since yesterday. Phone is still on as it rings when I call. Is there a site online somewhere that one can track a location with just a phone number?
Hospitals, police etc all have been checked etc
