Living in a non-tourist area, there seems to be a concert venue across the River that’s playing every night so loud that the walls here are shaking (across the river and a few more blocks…far away enough the venue can’t be seen).
I can understand people going crazy over songkran and it’s a holiday so who gives a fuck. But tomorrow is back to work and their industrial+ level noise is still going on into midnight. I can’t imagine residents here are going to be happy about it either, lots of primary kids and kindergartens here.
Are there any laws that Bangkok enforces and where can we file a complaint about it?
