Is there a van service in Thailand, that would drive my group from Koh Lanta to Kuala Lumpur?

I am traveling with a group of 6 people, and we don’t wanna fly to Kuala Lumpur. On 12asia.go there are only 20h+ trips that include multiple buses and vans. If I look at Google maps, the route would only take 10h, so I wondered where we could find a travel service that would take us there in one ride.

Any help is appreciated.
