Is ~45k/month realistic for a Mooban near international schools?

My wife and I are planning to return to Thailand. We have a two year old and planning on putting him in kindergarten soon.

I work from home so the only importance is distance to some Tier 2 international schools.

Is there any area that is relatively close to Bangkok where we could get into the city if needed, but where you can live in a nice Mooban?

We’re not interested in areas overrun by soi dogs or lacking security, instead, we want a peaceful, well-upheld community.

Our ideal home would include either three bedrooms with a maid’s room or four bedrooms.

Despite my efforts searching on DDProperty, I’ve not had much luck finding suitable options. I’m beginning to wonder if our budget might not align with Bangkok’s housing market. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.
