How to train my kitchen staff?

(I’ll get this in early: I know what I like but I don’t have the passion or the knowledge to tell my staff what to cook, and what I like is not what everyone likes(or has the best margins/easiest to cook/can swap out ingredients to make other dishes)

Is there any service where a person comes out and trains my Thai staff how to cook a few dishes (western/fusion). This is actually a bar and our snacks sell better than mains. So I want to add more shareable/snacks that are interesting and worth coming back for. Is there a company that does this?

If you live here and have the skills, maybe you can come by and offer your services? Could even talk some sort of profit share if you can come back in every so often to change things up(remove non-performers, add new trends etc). Extra bonus if you can drive deliveries.
