How do I get from Railay to a medical place that is likely to have proper IV antibiotics at night?

Unfortunately, this sub looks dead and I can’t seem to locate an active one and I need immediate advice. Long story short, my 2yo son has developed MRSA on his leg and we need to get him clindamycin, or trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole before it spreads internally. We found a weak topical clindamycin for acne to maybe slow it down, but need a clinic or hospital that has IV drip level strength of something. We also have topical mupirocin we had been treating him with when we thought it was Impetigo.
