October 2023 promises to be an eventful month for Pattaya, with a lineup of exciting activities aimed at boosting tourism in the city.
From sports tournaments to cultural festivals, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
1. International Beach Tennis Tournament Pattaya Open (October 6th-7th):
Tennis lovers can head to Pattaya Beach, in front of the Hard Rock Hotel, for this international tournament. It’s an excellent opportunity to witness top-notch tennis action by the sea.
2. Vegetarian Festival (October 14th-24th):
The “Mahaguson Im Boon Im Jai (มหากุศล อิ่มบุญอิ่มใจ)” Vegetarian Festival will take place at the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation in Naklua. Visitors can indulge in delicious vegetarian cuisine while experiencing the city’s rich cultural heritage.
3. Master’s Fastpitch Softball Tournament (October 19th-22nd):
The international softball tournament will be held at Horseshoe Point Resort and Country Club. Softball enthusiasts can watch skilled athletes compete in this exciting event.
4. Pattaya International Bikini Beach Race (October 28th):
Pattaya Beach will host the “Sexiest Running Event in Thailand” at the end of this month. It’s a unique and fun run along the beach, offering participants a blend of fitness and entertainment.
October 29th also brings the end of Buddhist Lent, a religious holiday that will also see an alcohol sales ban and the closure of entertainment venues.
Also, from October 14th to mid month is the Pattaya School Eight Festival near Wat Chai and Walking Street
Finally, October 31st is Halloween where hundreds of entertainment venues and bars hold spooky and scary parties!
