Help on B Visa

Hello folks, I hope you don’t mind my posting here but I need your help in finding options for my husband (I am on a work permit, married LGBT couple). We used TVC to get him a one year B visa (expiring in Jan), and now we were told that they ran out of business visa allocations (and will be available again end Jan of 2024. They said they cannot help with short term or long term extensions for now and the only option would be for my husband to leave the country and come back to get the 30-day visa exemption stamp and start the process again. Given this situation can anyone recommend what my husband can do? Like alternative “good” agencies we can approach?
