Hi, I am planning to get married in Thailand and I needed advice and possibly a lawyer or someone who can handle the paper work in Thailand.
Introduction, I am in Indian national living in UAE/Dubai and my fiance is a Afghan national with Canadian PR (currently living in Canada). Due to circumstances she can’t come to UAE/Dubai on visit visa and the only way for her to come to UAE is on a housewife/spouse visa, which, for that we need a attested marriage certificate and possibly translated with bunch of stamps (MoFA, etc etc) from any country. The few countries that give visa to Afghan nationals is Thailand hence the reason we chose Thailand. Any leads or guides to a lawyer who can handle the paperwork and give us exact duration for the documents to be proceed and fees would be much appricated, in fact any info or help from you guys will be also appricated.
