Have you seen many snakes?

I’m moving to Bangkok and want to know my chances of seeing snakes.

I will be in a high rise condo but I know that doesn’t mean much. are they common in apartments? Any areas I can avoid or some areas better than others. I also have a small dog

This is a really broad question but hope I can hear some experiences on what you think or have seen ???
