Fire Guts Dental Clinic in Pattaya

Pattaya —

A dental clinic in Pattaya was gutted by a fire early yesterday morning, October 29th. The cause was believed to be a short circuit.

Around 3 AM yesterday morning, some local residents observed fumes and smoke emanating from a dental clinic on Thappraya Road, Banglamung district, Chonburi province. They informed the fire department, which swiftly responded to the scene along with a rescue team.

Upon arrival, the firefighters observed a fire burning inside the clinic, with a large plume of smoke billowing out of the front glass door. They had to break the glass door to gain access to the source of the fire before quickly managing to douse it.

35-year-old Anchalee Namsong, the clinic’s employee, told firefighters that fortunately nobody was inside the clinic at the time of the incident. She believed that the flames originated from power cords behind a computer inside the clinic, which might have caused a short circuit.

Relevant authorities are examining the exact cause of the incident.
