Bangkok Post – Thailand thrash Taiwan, set to face Indonesia in QF

Thailand’s Uber Cup team have been drawn to face Indonesia in the quarter-finals of the biennial tournament in Chengdu, China, tomorrow after the completion of the group stage on Wednesday.

Hosts China will play Denmark while India will meet Japan in the first two quarter-finals on Thursday. Taiwan will take on defending champions South Korea on Friday.

Thailand, led by Ratchanok Intanon, defeated Taiwan 5-0 to finish as Group B winners on Wednesday.
