Couldn’t access 60 day visa on my phone in the airport

Before I came to Thailand I applied for and received a 60 day visa. However, I didn’t have a chance to print it out and couldn’t access it on my phone in the Airport when I arrived in Bangkok. As a result, they gave me a visa on arrival at the Airport which only gives me 30 days. Does anyone know what happens under these circumstances?

I’m specifically interested in the case where you have received a 60 day visa and then were given a 30 day visa on arrival.

UPDATE:

First, thanks to everyone who commented. I wound up going to the Immigration office first and they told they didn’t think there was anything that could be done, with the exception of going to the airport I arrived at which was a no go for me.

Offhand the person I spoke to at that office said I might as well check with the immigration personal at the Chiang Mai airport since it was so close by. That turned out to be super helpful.

While I hung out there (at the airport) for a while, one of the people who work in immigration called the immigration office at the Bangkok airport and worked with them to change my visa and depature information to use my 60 day visa.

The final result is that now I’m good to go for the 60 days of my e-visa and then I can apply for an additional 30 days towards the end of that (which was my plan to begin with).
