Chrissy Teigen‘s beloved mom, Vilailuck “Pepper” Teigen, has moved back to her home country of Thailand — and the whole family is feeling the void.
During a recent interview on SiriusXM Today Show Radio’s The Happy Hour, the Cravings author opened up about the Teigen matriarch’s difficult decision to move and how husband John Legend and their four children — daughter Luna, 7, son Miles, 5, daughter Esti, 1, and son Wren, 8 months — have been coping.
“We miss her so much,” Teigen said. “She’s only been gone for a couple weeks, but you feel the void immediately.
“She is meant to go live her best life,” she added. “She obviously loves taking care of her grandchildren, but seeing her every day at home, doing that and being there with us, was so special and so amazing. But she’s young enough that she needs to go off and be happy.”
