Can’t decide between Santhiya resorts

Should I stay at the one in Phuket or the one in on Koh Pai Poi?
The people I am traveling with are not into night life and partying so that isn’t an issue. I want to schedule boating trips to snorkel and sightsee but with all the tours I am seeing, they pick up at the pier in Phuket. Would it be easy for the to pick up off the pier on Koh Pai Poi? I’ve been searching and haven’t found any. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
