Buying long dress, lolita and local clothes in Thailand…

Hi everyone! I’m going to have my first trip to ThaiLand at the end of this month. I’m still on ky way planning my trip and I’m going to spend 3 days in Bangkok and 5 days in Chiangmai. I decided to pack really minimum clothes so I can buy more while being here. Usually I love to wear long dress, some lolita style and I love my buy local dress with Thai fabrics (I heard that it is really good and cheap). I also want to buy some Tshirts for my dad and brothes, formal shirt for my bf. Please give me any suggestions or recommendations for market, store or any places that I can visit.
