Opening remarks were delivered by Minister of Finance Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith. Kla Party Leader and former Finance Minister Mr. Korn Chatikavanij and Fiscal Policy Advisor, Mr. Warotai Kosolpisitkul, also addressed the gathering.
