So I’m in Bangkok and I’m about to get my arm tattooed. I have some questions, but I’m also looking for some reassurance. If anyone gets confused, I’ve labeled where I’m asking a questions or looking for advice with **Q(#)**
So here’s where we’re at. **Q1.** Firstly, I’m hoping someone can look through those artists and let me know if their stuff looks good. Personally, I think it looks fine, but I know others here have better perception about these things. **Q2.** If anyone would like to recommend other shops in Bangkok please do.

I honestly just want it to look cool. **Q3.** Style suggestions are welcome but I feel like I’ve narrowed it down to the style I linked. For reference I’m fairly jacked, white, and I like gears, skulls, roman numerals, deep blacks, blues–that kind of stuff.
But here’s the main issue I have. So I messaged both shops with the image above and I got two different responses. They both say they can do a smaller tattoo in the same style, and both shops gave me the same price of 25000 Baht(726 usd). They say the tattoo would be a half sleeve wrapping around the forearm. The only difference is, the California ink guy says it will take two days, whereas the common ground guy says he will do my whole forearm sleeve in one day. To me, Common ground saying they can do the same tattoo in one day could indicate that he wants to do a simpler design, or maybe rush it. It could also mean the other guy is just going to split up the time more over two days. **Q4.** Given the time differentials, I’m wondering what shop you guys choose or what you guys would do? **Q5.** Is it common to commission a design from both and then pick which one I like more?
